My Story
I’m Mary Ussery. For years I worked as a professional cheer coach–and top industry leader in Direct Sales helping thousands of women grow personally and professionally.
I want to be your biggest cheerleader throughout life and help you soar to new heights.

I’m a small-town girl who stepped out of my comfort zone to fulfill my lifelong dream … but I’ll tell ya, it wasn’t easy! At times, I felt too crippled by the weight of life and past disappointments.
​
Obstacles such as dyslexia, domestic violence, a painful divorce, & having to pivot from a successful career unexpectedly, kept the light hidden from my view.
​
Yet it was in the midst of that dark despair that I found the determination to rise into a brighter tomorrow. And now as a Christian Leader, Certified Coach & Speaker, I am passionate about sharing my story to inspire others.

Your tenacious spirit will guide you on this journey. Believe in yourself, stay focused on your goals, and never give up. Lead those around you with confidence and courage knowing that God has given you all the tools necessary to succeed .
Adversity doesn’t need to overcome you anymore.
